This is a Government housing project consisting of 564 apartments on a two storey podium with parking, now known as Beachview Terraces. The design takes into account the limited sunlight in this area as well as the beautiful views to the east of Gibraltar. AKS were responsible for the architectural, structural, and services design. Completed in 2015.
