Buena Vista Park Villas is a private luxury development to be built in three phases on a historically sensitive site overlooking the Straits of Gibraltar. AKS are the lead consultants for both architectural and structural design. AKS are also providing project and contract management as well as quantity surveying expertise.
Phase 1 is completed and consists of six individual villas with gardens and pools and nine townhouses sharing a communal pool. Phase 2 is also completed as a single dwelling in the old stone Barracks building. Phase 3 is still under construction. Contract Value £23 M
